We helped developing a simple solution for Necol (Marine electronics specialists) to handle their service requests. Clients can fill a user friendly form online. The interface features dynamic fields and information which appear only if necessary, fields with contextual colors, and the "Send button" triggers many controls like date detection or conditional required fields. All the requests are sent to Necol's administration. This form uses 3 different technologies: PHP, Javascript and Perl, and is tested compatible with Internet Explorer (6+), Firefox, Safari, Safari for Apple Iphone, Chrome, Opera.
